EnviroChem and Cancer Database (ECCD)

The National Toxicology Program has identified 42 chemicals that cause mammary tumors (breast tumors) in laboratory mice. The EnviroChem and Cancer database provides a snapshot of important information about each of those chemicals in the following categories:

BCERF will add information to the database as it becomes available. Every effort has been made to provide up-to-date information, but in certain cases data was not available for all categories. Because the EnviroChem and Cancer database provides abbreviated information, it should be considered to be starting point for those seeking information on these chemicals. The user should refer to the Material Safety Data Sheets for information on the toxicology and precautions to be used when handling these chemicals or products that contain these chemicals.
